Regional Investment Operations is r esponsible for managing the Fixed Income , Structured Notes and Managed Funds operations. Operations with functions and process like Static Maintenance, Asset Servicing, Trade Reporting and Settlements, Reconciliation, Payments and controls and reconciliation .

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Excellent understanding on the Coporate Action working model from Global Custodian or Middle office perspective

2. Need to have comprehensive processing knowledge of all the CA types - Mandatory, Voluntary & CHOS

3. Need to have working knowledge on all the CA events from Notification until reconciliation eg. Dividends, Pay downs for MBS/ABS Securities, Merger, Spin-Off / De-Merger, Rights issue, Exchange Offer, Tender Offer, Splits, Bonus Issue, Redemptions, Detachment etc

4. Should have extensive understanding on swift messages MT564, MT565,MT566,MT 567,MT568 ,MT 202,MT103 etc.

5. Handling all the critical events with robust control environment to mitigate operational & Regulatory Risk

6. Good understanding of applicable regulations and compliance with same.

7. Employee initiatives / Employee Engagement

8. Effective Communication with internal and external stakeholders

KEY DELIVERABLES:

1. Ensure day to day operations are performed and SLAs are met as per agreed for all businesses.

2. Timely and accurate processing and customer resolution

3. Timely escalation on incomplete/delayed processing

Education: Bachelor’s/MBA

Experience:

1. Graduate with 6-8 years of which 4-6 years in Investment Operations.

3. Exposure to Funds Transfer/Loans/Investment Products/Operations would be preferred

4. Exposure to AML and KYC documentation would be an added advantage.

Skills:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

2. Good oral and written communication skills (call outs to customers)

3. Good customer service skills, service oriented

4. People and Process Management, strong Communication and decision making skills

5. Team building - Ability to manage diverse teams, conflict management

6. Ability to prioritize; analytical thinking and attention to detail

7.Ability to handle pressure, Strong inter-personal skills

8. Flexible to work in any shift.
