Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk operations and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure providing support and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk operations to ensure seamless IT services.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Desk ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests.

  • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.

  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes procedures and configurations.

  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all IT operations.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects providing technical expertise and support.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Contribute to the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of IT services.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Service Desk operations with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

  • Have experience in implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

  • Show ability to monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

  • Exhibit excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with other IT teams.

  • Have experience in conducting system audits and generating performance reports.

  • Possess strong documentation skills for IT processes and procedures.
