Position Overview:

We are seeking a potential Human Resource professional to join our team as HR Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requisition Management:

  • Posting jobs in Workday for Agency recruiters.

  • Handle New hires and Rehires for contingent worker agency requirement.

  • To work closely with The UK team to resolve issues related to hire and rehire action.

  • Coordinate with the managers to set up requisitions in workday and handle queries regarding the hires.

  • Work closely with payroll team.

  • Create requisitions and correcting duplicate profiles in the system.

  • Merge candidate profiles in workday for the rehires.

    Onboarding Process Management:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires & scheduling orientation sessions

  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and IT departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

  • Develop and maintain onboarding checklists and resources to streamline the process and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    New Hire Orientation:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, providing them with an overview of company policies, culture, and expectations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.

  • Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding experience and make recommendations for enhancements.

    Data Management & Reports:

  • Handle rate changes, promotions, transfers, ending contracts in workday and SAP system.

  • Send out monthly requisition reports to the managers.

  • Update and maintain contingent workers data base in the shared drive.

  • Data management and data changes in the system for the contractors staff records.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data at all times.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR or recruitment, with a focus on onboarding activities preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
