Oracle Developer - PL/SQL in CHENNAI, India

Job Description

Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of RDBMS Oracle (12c and higher versions)

  • Good understanding of platform support procedures and concepts.

  • Familiar with all phases of the systems lifecycle, from analysis, design and development and deployment.

  • Experience in Agile Methodologies.

Technical:

Essential:

  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and PLSQL Blocks for the requirements given.

  • Sound knowledge and hands on experience of Performance tuning and troubleshooting

  • Experience in analyzing production/UAT issues from technical (database) and functional (application process) point of view and fixing them within defined SLAs.

  • Experience in application data migration using tools such as SQL *Loader.

  • Good understanding of Explain plan and Execution Plans.

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge on Unix shell scripting.

  • Knowledge on Jira, Git Repository commit process.

  • Experience in analyzing TKPROF output and analyzing AWR / ASH report.
