Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of applications using Power Platform to meet business requirements.

  • Oversee the integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Power Platform best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for all Power Platform solutions and processes.

  • Ensure the security and compliance of Power Platform applications.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform technology.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide training on Power Platform tools and techniques.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.

  • Have experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with various data sources and services.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of security and compliance best practices for Power Platform.

  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing Power Platform applications.

  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience in Cards & Payments domain is a plus.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

  • Strong documentation skills.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
