Job summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are implemented effectively.

• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the business.

• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.

• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.

• Contribute to the development of business analysis standards and methodologies.

• Support the development of business cases and project proposals.

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Show experience in developing detailed project documentation.

• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing business solutions.

• Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
