Developer Role and Responsibilities

Your duties will depend on your experience as an RPA /IA developer if you don't mind me asking. In this role, you will be responsible for development enhancement, migration activities and delivering RPA/IA solutions as per best practices. You will work closely with our active business and technical specialists' team. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.

Expected Activities:

• Support the development and maintain the RPA platform across several technical domains

• Define workarounds for P1 / P2 / escalated P3 technical bridges and provide directional support to the team for triaging the issue and coming up with a resolution

• Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all BOTs. Should be familiar with metrics management and improvement action plans

• Guide the team with decision-making for critical issues, provide support to prepare the high-end stakeholder communications and weekly presentations

Qualifications and Skills

• Have mastered or strongly desired to master a leading RPA tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), including advanced RPA vendor certification.

• At least one year of hands-on experience with one of the following programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools). More senior developers should have 3 to 5 years of this hands-on experience.
