What is the job about?

Issue purchase order promptly and coordinate with internal and external parties on issues concerning purchasing, delivery, and quality for CBS products (different product category with different lead time).

Your main responsibilities

  • Issue purchase orders promptly and handle enquiries relating to lead time, delivery, etc. for CBS products.

  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed promptly according to group’s established lead-time and shipments are arranged by suppliers on time and accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to address issues which might impact delivery to customers

  • Optimize product availability and delivery to customers according to agreed performance and stock target for CBS products

  • Perform necessary actions relating to inventory slow movers, stock obsolesce, product return, product recall or quality issues

  • Resolve Supplier’s Invoice discrepancy and perform any other adhoc tasks being assigned

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain with preferably 1-2 years working experience in production/material planning or manufacturing environment

  • Logistics knowledge is beneficial, but not a requirement.

  • Professional Certificate such as APICS /CPIM is advantageous

  • SAP experience will be beneficial
