This position which is for Application Operations Centre (AOC), is a team responsible for 24x7 monitoring and alerting of OI Provider solutions, infrastructure and back-end services.
Associate InfraOPS Engineering Analyst/AOC Analyst, using technical and analytical skills, is responsible for supporting Clients and Products on, not limiting to, on time alert acknowledgment, issue analysis and troubleshooting, handle escalation and managing situation management war rooms. AOC Analyst must have ownership of initial analysis and collaboration with partner teams on an issue to its final resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational weekly-offs including festivals and holidays
Tracking/monitoring the performance of products via enterprise tools and utilities
Respond to system-generated alerts/escalations relating to any failures on application platform
Responsible for monitoring the Production status, and ensure the product works as expected with 100% uptime; handle communication around production issues
Perform initial analysis and work with partner teams to identify and implement corrective and preventive measures
Manages product infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage devices, etc.
Setup Incident bridge/War room calls with various internal and cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and document the on-going conversation for timely updates
Monitor Product Dashboards on Cloud infrastructure

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification
Experience in customer support function (technology or voices based) with ability to handle customer escalations
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM process and Incident management
Basic knowledge on Word, PowerPoint Presentations, Excel reporting
Basic knowledge in SQL/Database fundamentals or other technical languages
Proven excellent verbal and written communications skills
Solid analytical and problem solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
Technical aptitude for learning new technologies
