Description

Responsibilities：

n Coordinate, prepare, and analyze quarterly and monthly forecasts, headcount dashboard, and other ad hoc analysis to support business decisions

n Work directly with cost center managers to understand actuals, identify trends, and assess opportunities to influence cost

n Understand and explain relationship between operational performance, financial results and compliance

n Serve as the capital liaison for your business unit. This includes the consolidation of asset management activities such as capital authorization requests and open capital management

n Proactively seek opportunities for continued process improvement, job efficiency and cost reduction

n Support and ensure financial and operational compliance with related accounting close activities

Qualifications

n 2022-2024 graduate

n Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

n Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

n Excellent organizational skills through influencing and promoting collaboration within and beyond organizational boundaries

n Strong analytical, critical and creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, detail orientated

n Natural curiosity and details oriented: ask what if/what else, use 5-why approach to investigate details

n Clear and effective communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization

n Strong initiative to drive results

n Systems knowledge/skills including: Excel, SAP, BPC, and Business Objects

n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields
