Operations

• make the daily operation on P2P process, and follow up the SOP request

• manage expenses analysis for indirect purchasing items

• conduct purchasing projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract) in close partnership with functional stakeholders and in accordance with indirect purchasing guidelines

• select and manage performing suppliers, define KPIs, evaluate and manage supplier performance and compliance

• provide expertise and support (deliverables, best practices, framework…) and promote purchasing guidelines

Report

• work in close collaboration with BU and report projects and performance (quantitative and qualitative indicators) within the reporting framework

Communication

• contribute to the internal communication : purchasing projects, referenced suppliers and agreements conditions, purchasing guidelines

• develop best practices exchanges within BU and with the other BUs
