We are currently hiring for a Sourcing Fulfilment Leader for our Cheltenham facility. In this role you would manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Focal to the Aftermarket value stream for providing delivery commitments on production and repair requirements. Working cross functionally with other fulfilment leads and specialists to escalate any issues which may impact the operations.

• Proactively highlight supplier delivery issues that could impact business goals and work collaboratively across the business to resolve/mitigate these risks.

• Manage & resolve these escalations and provide timely, clear updates on issues.

• In conjunction with sourcing team, monitor supplier performance to plan and work with suppliers to manage any required recovery plans/actions.

• Ensure standardized approach to VCD/OTD management with the wider aftermarket sourcing team.

• Proactively support the definition and execution of supplier commercial agreements.

• Own the immediate supply window to ensure operations are Clear to Repair (CTR) and customers contract dates (VCD) are met.

• Able to escalate issues to Aftermarket Sourcing Leader concisely with status and defined action plans.

• Co-Ownership of daily control centre (CCC, BUCC and PCC) meetings, whereby the latest operational updates are provided.

• Coordinate with Sourcing Fulfilment Leads for 13-week Material Health View and customer contractual needs, being able to decipher shortages & those with the highest impact to the business.

• Interact with Aftermarket Sourcing Leader to agree suppliers to be escalated and to develop a plan for recovery.

• Liaise with Aftermarket sourcing Leader to support potential supplier transitions, supplier exits or entry into new suppliers for Delivery, Quality & Cost benefits.

• If Aftermarket Sourcing Leader is Out of Office, the FL will lead Team Meetings, presentations & be the Sourcing escalation point for the business unit.

• Adoption and implementation of lean initiatives.

• Drive inventory discussions and actions to protect the business needs on costs.

• Periodic travel is required as part of this role.

Required Qualifications/ Characteristics

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and/or relevant experience.

• Ability to demonstrate high performance within a Sourcing/Fulfilment environment.

• Additional experience within Quality and/or Operations.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence others and lead small teams.

• Time Management skills

• Ability to mentor, train and develop better processes & people

• Strong customer mind set
