Administrator- Part-Time

18.5 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Onsite-Cheltenham.

But, to get to where we want to be, we are looking for a highly organised marketing administrator to support the day-to-day running of our incredible Sales & Marketing office Find out more below!

What you’ll do:

You will provide administrative support to the Mira marketing team whilst acting as Office manager. Your main responsibility is to manage the administration of the advertising budget including; raising purchase orders, updating internal trackers, liaising with suppliers where required and building strong working relationships with Finance teams. You will also support the day-to-day running of the Sales & Marketing office, ensuring all IT & Kitchen facilities are operating fully & all sundries are stocked.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Managing the A&P budget including updating the tracker, monitoring spend on SAP, raising purchase orders, working closely with accounts payable and finance and managing invoices/vendors

  • Complete free of charge forms, co-ordinate deliveries and organise courier requests

  • Manage range of branded merchandise and orders

  • Work with Space100 lead to ensure Visitor Centre is always, clean, tidy and represents the brand in the best possible light

  • Support the Marketing team including booking rooms and ordering catering

  • Assist the Marketing Communications team with coordinating customer events, POS and displays

  • Support the Marketing team with launch events and internal conferences

  • Organise general ticket distribution & support with hospitality arrangements for our sponsored partners.

  • Assist Marketing team with travel requirements

  • Ensure all office IT & Kitchen equipment is functioning correctly & maintained appropriately, liaising with relevant vendors & service agents, raising tickets where required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Efficient with a high level of attention to detail

  • Self-motivated

  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise workload/time

  • Highly organised and able to work to tight timescales

  • Excellent PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Highly customer focused

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to “muck in”

  • The ability to juggle tasks whilst remaining calm under pressure
