Robert Half Project Coordinator in Chelsea, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry located in Chelsea, Massachusetts. This role is centered around IT Help Desk and VOIP/Telephony Support, with elements of IT Asset Management. The selected candidate will join our IT team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including supporting our VOIP and telephony environment, IT asset management, and assisting in the IT ticket queue.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for our VOIP and telephony environment, which includes RingCentral, Verizon phones, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

• Engage in IT Asset Management tasks, possibly coordinating with vendors like Verizon and other telecom providers.

• Assist in managing the IT ticket queue, which may involve troubleshooting and resolving tier 1 or 2 tickets and triaging level 2/3 tickets.

• Offer Avaya support and telephone support as required.

• Participate in on-call duties, which may require resolving issues remotely.

• Travel to other sites in Revere, Chelsea, and East Boston as needed.

• Utilize your skills in VoIP, VOIP - Voice Over IP, VoIP System, Avaya, Ticketing System, Phone System, Computer Telephony Integration, Ring Central, Verizon FiOS, and Wi-Fi Connectivity.

• Collaborate with the IT team that consists of help desk technicians, network admins, project coordinators, IT Managers, CIOs, etc.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination role

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• Proficient in VoIP, VoIP System, and Avaya systems

• Experience with Ticketing System and Phone System

• Familiarity with Computer Telephony Integration

• Knowledge of Ring Central, Verizon FiOS, and Wi-Fi systems

• Strong understanding of Connectivity solutions

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
