Topgolf Sales Support Specialist in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports.

  • Coordinate sales team meetings and appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and guest interactions.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide product/service information.

  • Manage sales-related documentation and ensure its accuracy.

  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
