Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Performs order entry review to ensure requirements are included in processing documents. Review includes Customer Purchase Orders, Regulations, Specifications, Procedures, Source Surveillance requirements, etc.

  • Reviews Procurement Documentation and internal Work Orders for Quality and Code requirements.

  • Generates, prepares, and approves documentation per Customer Purchase Order requirements.

  • Reviews and revises Quality Assurance procedures as required.

  • Performs Commercial Grade Surveys and NQA-1 Audits on Suppliers, including NIAC membership audits.

  • Assist in Supplier Development and selection.

  • Maintain Non-Conformance and Corrective Action program.

  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in EHS Management System, including following safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.

  • Sulzer procedure review and implementation assistance.

  • Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Performs other duties as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NQA-1 Lead Auditor Certified, preferred.

  • Working knowledge of ASME, ASTM, AWS, and other relative codes, preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of NDE Methods, UT, PT, MT, VT, and RT, preferred.

  • Good written and oral communication, organizational skills, high integrity, and ethics required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft and SAP applications

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, and specifications, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Ability to perform duties at a fast and demanding pace while maintaining accurate records.
