Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Performs order entry review to ensure requirements are included in processing documents. Review includes Customer Purchase Orders, Regulations, Specifications, Procedures, Source Surveillance requirements, etc.
Reviews Procurement Documentation and internal Work Orders for Quality and Code requirements.
Generates, prepares, and approves documentation per Customer Purchase Order requirements.
Reviews and revises Quality Assurance procedures as required.
Performs Commercial Grade Surveys and NQA-1 Audits on Suppliers, including NIAC membership audits.
Assist in Supplier Development and selection.
Maintain Non-Conformance and Corrective Action program.
Supports, cooperates with, and participates in EHS Management System, including following safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
Sulzer procedure review and implementation assistance.
Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
Performs other duties as necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
NQA-1 Lead Auditor Certified, preferred.
Working knowledge of ASME, ASTM, AWS, and other relative codes, preferred.
Basic knowledge of NDE Methods, UT, PT, MT, VT, and RT, preferred.
Good written and oral communication, organizational skills, high integrity, and ethics required.
Proficient in Microsoft and SAP applications
Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, and specifications, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
High School Diploma required.
Ability to perform duties at a fast and demanding pace while maintaining accurate records.
