Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range: $15.00 - 15.50

Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you’ll assist in production, assembly, and quality control across various facility areas. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production and assembly tasks.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards.

• Work in different facility areas as required.

• Retrieve and deliver parts using a motored pallet jack.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery.

• Move materials needed to the door line manually or using carts, tuggers, or sometimes a forklift.

• Perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Flexibility to work on Fridays if needed.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.
