This position is located in Chattahoochee, FL. Responsible for maintaining prescribed standards of cleanliness for assigned areas using germicidal solutions and following prescribed procedures and work schedules. HSD or GED is preferred but not required. Read, write and understand English. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively. Must possess knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations. Ability to work well with others.

• Performs cleaning procedures in assigned offices, resident rooms, etc.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, residents and co-workers. Is responsive to customer needs.
• Is able to accurately prepare all chemical mixtures for daily cleaning and knows where these chemicals are stored and how to store them properly.
• Demonstrates proper body mechanics when lifting and/or moving objects.
• Cleans all equipment at the end of shift.
• Adheres to all safety regulations.
• Prepares department records and documents time sheets, leave requests, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.
