Were seeking a multi-disciplinary candidate who is self-motivated and is able to set and meet goals. As a [Production Project Manager]{#Hlk155694212} with Photo-Sonics, you will be reporting to the Program Director and be accountable for directing, developing, and managing the production planning and scheduling, inventory management, logistics and staying on the budget. Beyond this, you will join a welcoming team of skilled team members all working towards a common goal in an environment that is exciting, agile, and next-generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Scheduling, Budgets and Forecasts, Defect Analysis and Benchmarking Analysis, Core Competency Definition, Resource Allocation, Scenario Planning, Make/Buy Evaluations, and Cost/Price Evaluations.
  • Implement a system for regular budget monitoring and review to stay on top of financial performance, identify variances, and make necessary adjustments to achieve Photo-sonics financial goals.
  • As Production Control Manager will provide to Top Management team the financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly operating results.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule for all manufacturing operations, taking into consideration capacity constraints, lead times, and other key factors.
  • Manage and flex material demand and flow through MRP allowing for fluctuation in forecast and managing the growth of the business while ensuring the timely availability of components.
  • Forecast product needs by gathering, analyzing, and validating data
  • Communicate critical path/priority activities by working cross-functionally with program management, production, supply chain, engineering, finance and other teams
  • Audit compliance of master plan with MRP output.
  • Conduct time studies, waste reduction planning and regular capacity analyses to identify potential bottlenecks or constraints and implement strategies to optimize production capacity.
  • Lead the continuous improvement process to identify bottlenecks and adjust material plans to eliminate delays in production
  • Work on any other projects, as assigned by your manager
  • Identifying the project scope and setting goals and objectives
  • Creating a timeline for completing the project
  • Recognizing the resources that will be needed, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Gathering the necessary resources and setting up systems for communication and coordination among team members
  • Executing the tasks and activities required to complete the project
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and taking corrective action if necessary
  • Finalizing the final tasks and activities required to complete the project

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Development, New Product Introduction (prototype to volume ramp-up) or Manufacturing Engineering with electromechanical devices is a strong plus.
