Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Credit Clerk based in Chatsworth, California. You will be working within the financial industry, specifically focusing on financial analysis. Your role will involve processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Working with accounting software systems and ERP solutions

• Assisting in financial planning and analysis

• Reconciling budgets and expense reports

• Utilizing Excel for data management and analysis, including pivot tables and vlookup functions

• Managing accounting functions and understanding budget processes. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required.

• Prior experience with 'About Time' software is desirable.

• Proficient in various accounting functions and financial data analysis.

• Experience in budgeting processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability in expense reporting and financial record keeping.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is expected.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
