Description We are offering a role based in Chatsworth, California, for an individual adept at customer service and data entry tasks, particularly within the manufacturing industry. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve answering inbound calls, working in a call center environment, and dealing with various customer service tasks. The role is a short term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Provide exceptional customer service to all callers

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Handle order entry and schedule appointments as required

• Manage email correspondence professionally

• Perform both inbound and outbound calls as necessary

• Leverage knowledge of manufacturing processes in customer interactions

• Ensure all customer queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner

• Adhere to company's standards and procedures in all tasks. Requirements • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Strong skills in data entry and order entry

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to correspond professionally via email

• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Knowledge or experience in manufacturing industry is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
