Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate various machines such as die cutting, laminating, slitting, laser cutting, and kiss cutting. Perform 75% machine operating and 25% inspection using micrometers and calipers. Load machine with specific roll or product based on work order. Set-up press according to established guidelines, ensuring safety and job requirements. Monitor production quality throughout the run, adjust cutting depth, and ensure clean cuts. Complete jobs according to ticket specifications, including producing overruns and production samples. Troubleshoot and correct problems, communicate effectively with other departments, and ensure accurate and timely production reporting. Comply with all safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work area.
