Description

The role of the Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist is a member of the Finance team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist to focus on collecting outstanding payments from a customer in the restaurant franchise industry. This temporary role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to navigate complex payment structures. This is a great opportunity for an experienced AR professional looking for a temporary, performance-driven role with the potential to make an impact. Responsibilities: • Independently call and email customer to pursue payment. • Respond promptly to questions emailed from customer. • Ability to analyze information and use logic to address issues and discrepancies. • Accurate documentation of collection and dispute interactions with both internal and external parties. • Understanding, investigating, and resolving AR and collection issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
