Basic Job Functions:

The successful candidate is a team player who can deliver impactful, media solutions across multiple channels. This individual also possesses a communication mindset and the ability to think and create content across all disciplines. The ideal candidate has the skill set to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Operates video cameras, lighting equipment and audio gear in studio and on location. Helps manage equipment inventory and ensuring proper maintenance. Assists in video editing tasks, including assembling footage, adding graphics and sound mixing. Performs captioning, subtitling and formatting videos for various platforms. Works with senior producer to develop, write, and produce a variety of media Coordinates the research and planning for on-location shoots. Aids in script development and storyboarding process. Acts as still photographer and/or assists photographer during photo shoots. Shoots and produces videos for social media, corporate communications and seminars. This role will report to the Creative Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in design or a related field 1-3 years of professional content creation Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premier, After Effects and Photoshop Excellent verbal and written skills combined with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating content for manufacturing or steel products industry Direct experience in B2B marketing
