Robert Half Treasury Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description
We are in search of a Treasury Analyst to join our team situated in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is in the financial services industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Treasury Analyst, your primary role will be to assist in the migration of Treasury Management customers from one platform to another, handle ticket-based requests primarily via emails, and support other conversion activities. This role is 100% in office Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the migration of Treasury Management customers from the Q2 platform to the FiServ platform
• Handle ticket-based requests, predominantly through email correspondence
• Support other conversion activities, which may include data input and reconciliation
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account status
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise credit records of customers
• Utilize accounting software systems and banking software for various tasks
• Respond to inbound calls if required
• Engage in check processing and collection processes
• Handle consumer loans and credit-related tasks.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for seamless execution of treasury related tasks.
• Familiarity with Banking software is essential for effective data management and analysis.
• Ability to handle Data Processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in LaserPro software to manage loan documentation and compliance.
• Experience with Lawon ERP software for effective business process management.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally, providing timely and relevant information.
• Experience in Check Processing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Understanding of Collection Processes to manage and reduce company debt.
• Knowledge of Consumer Loans including application, processing, and management.
• Familiarity with Credit processes and principles, including credit risk analysis.
