Primarily Remote Staff Accountant Opportunity!

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bank reconciliations

• Manage general ledger accounts and make necessary journal entries

• Assist in closing accounts at the end of each month

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded.

Requirements • Proficient in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of the General Ledger

• Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries

• Experience in handling Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for accounting and financial tasks
