As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager -PMO Productivity, you will fulfill a critical leadership role within Honeywell’s Strategic Sourcing Personal Protective Equipment-PPE Global team.

You will be a member of a Strategic Sourcing team that supports multiple functions, including Sourcing, ISC, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and Delivery. Ensuring our SAY-DO is 100%; and our Productivity Metrics are aligned to both PPE and SPS goals.

This position is a Hybrid role and can be filled in any of the following Honeywell locations: Charlotte, USA or Monterrey, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

· Develops operational & functional metrics data around Productivity and coordinates with other functions to insure consistency and data integrity.

· Enables management operating system (MOS) and works with all levels of leadership team to gather, consolidate, and summarize information at the PPE or Function level, including key metrics, monthly highlights, and quarterly ops review material.

· Reviews analytics outputs to ensure accuracy before releasing to internal and external customers.

· Provides data visualizations including creating, updating, and supporting databases and reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions.

· Work directly with global PPE/SPS functions and sites to design new standard analytic processes that enable operational improvement.

· Prepares presentation materials for both internal and external communications.

· Flexibility to take on Confidential Special Projects to ensure Strategic Sourcing is aligned to business Initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

· Bachelor’s degree; preferably MBA

· Demonstrate Honeywell behaviors Passion for Winning, Think Big and Make it Happen

· Project Management

· Demonstrated Business and financial acumen

· 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting and dashboard development

WE VALUE

· Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools

· Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools

· Experience leveraging analytics for measurable business improvement

· Experience in Tableau dashboard development

· SAP/Functional experience in Planning and Procurement
