Spectrum Senior OE Consultant, Performance Management in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a Senior Organization Effectiveness (OE) Consultant , you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and/or managing company-wide Organization Effectiveness initiatives to drive organization performance. Your primary focus will be on year-round performance management program. It’s a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.

WHAT OUR SENIOR OE CONSULTANTS ENJOY MOST

  • Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

  • Serving as primary point of contact for performance management across Charter including goal setting, ongoing feedback, mid-year and year-end process. This includes defining and implementing approach, training, reporting, communication, and process improvements.

  • Providing oversight to project team resources by defining roles and responsibilities and providing guidance on deliverables and timelines.

  • Managing project team meetings, developing and managing project plans, and leveraging internal resources to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Serving as the interface among stakeholder groups (e.g., HR Technology, HR Communications, HR leaders) to ensure alignment and proper information sharing.

  • Creating and delivering agendas and presentations for project team, steering committee and senior executive updates.

  • Developing, updating, and delivering supporting resources, training materials, reference guides, reports and presentations.

  • Identifying process improvements based on client feedback and propose solutions for approval

  • Consolidating large amounts of data, reviewing for accuracy and anomalies, analyzing trends, and depicting findings in an engaging manner for easy consumption.

  • Serving as the internal expert on performance management including consultation with HR partners across Charter, conducting both internal expertise and external research, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices related to OE initiatives.

  • Supporting other org effectiveness initiatives/processes (e.g., talent planning, succession planning, development planning, and employee surveys).

  • Performing other duties as requested

As you focus on executing and monitoring one or more OE - related processes, your goal is to provide excellent service with confidentiality and an appropriate sense of urgency. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for performance management across Spectrum. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Organizational Effectiveness, Consulting, large scale project management or varied HR experience required- 5-8 years

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) in Organizational Development, I/O Psych, HR Management, or Business Administration

  • Technical skills: Demonstrated mastery in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of HR data management and reporting systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, Cornerstone on Demand)

  • Skills: Expert project management skills. Customer service and teamwork skills

  • Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can manage and/or participate on multiple and varied project teams. Can serve as an internal resource and consultant, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Can accurately compile and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information, draw conclusions, and effectively present solutions and recommendations to senior management. Can think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations. Can maintain confidentiality of information. Can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Can prioritize and organize effectively

  • Travel Ability: Minimal travel, about four weeks per year (10%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Organization Development, I/O Psych, HR Management, or Business Administration preferred
