In the Corporate Transformation function, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Honeywell Accelerator-Software Senior Director Strategic Planning to help drive accelerated growth.

As a Senior Director Strategic Planning here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the strategic planning function. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are aligned with overall business strategies. As a trusted advisor, you will provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth, optimize profitability, and mitigate risks.

Your expertise in strategic analysis and planning will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion and driving continuous improvement efforts.

You will report directly to Oxana Pickeral, VP Software Accelerator, and you will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the organization by providing strategic guidance and support to various corporate functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage corporate-level functions such as finance, legal, human resources, communications, and corporate governance

  • Collaborate with other business units and SBGs to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to various corporate functions

  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency in corporate processes

  • Support the overall strategic direction and management of Honeywell's corporate functions and operations

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate functions or related roles

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate processes and functions

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights
