Job Title: UAT Tester

Location: Charlotte, Minneapolis, Chandler, AZ

(Hybrid)

Pay Range: $48/hr on W2 ONLY!

24 month contract role

What’s the Job?

• What are the day to day responsibilities?

• Strategy Consultant User Acceptance Tester is responsible for enabling UAT planning, contributing to deliverables, collaborating on test cases, executing tests, performing defect triage and supporting status report communications.

• Subject matter expert in testing and validating that business requirements have been implemented as required prior to project go-live

• Coordinate and drive UAT events to test and verify that solutions and tools meet the functional and non-functional requirements set out by business stakeholders and technology partners

• Engage with business, technology and program management partners to deliver UAT testing events that support and enable project deployment.

• Perform UAT testing activities from start to finish and proactively provide a voice to improve testing

• Participate in data mining and review forum activities to understand requirements, business processes and solution designs

• Contribute content to applicable UAT deliverables for each UAT event

• Self-Identify, escalate and contribute to resolving risks, issues, mitigations and action items to test closure

• Contribute to defining UAT entry/exit criteria and on-going development of UAT processes and tools

• Participate in post-launch business verification testing activities

• What are the top 3 must have skills?

• 4+ years of experience *FS background preferred but not required

• Executing and writing test scripts and user stories

• Documenting test scripts

• Effective facilitation, analytical, and reporting skill sets

• Detail oriented, go-getter, excellent communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience, in business and technology related disciplines
