As the Project System Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) modules within our organization's AMR region. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our project finance and management processes, enhancing system functionalities, and driving overall financial and project excellence using Oracle Fusion modules. Experience:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management), with at least 3 years specializing in Oracle Fusion Project modules as a Functional consultant.

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Project modules, including implementation, configuration, and support.

  • Excellent understanding of project finance, project planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.

  • Proven project management skills, leading complex Project (Project Finance & Project Management) projects from initiation to completion.

  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial & Project modules, functionalities, and integration points.

  • Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Project modules.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Experience in training end-users and providing support for Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) and EPM modules.

  • Knowledge of application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration Cloud or SOA is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oracle Fusion Implementation & Maintenance: Lead the implementation and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) modules.

  • System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance system functionality, performance, and user experience to improve operational efficiency.

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing project finance and management processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, IT, and operations to align project strategies and requirements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on Oracle Project modules. Develop training materials to ensure comprehensive understanding of system functionalities.

  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity, ensure accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting within Oracle Fusion Project modules.

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Generate project financials and management reports using Oracle Project modules. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
