WHAT DOES THE VALET PARKING ATTENDANT DO?

• Valet Parking Attendantsare the heart of our company. You are the team member that has direct contact with our clients daily. Proving an excellent greeting paired with a wonderful smile goes a long way with us!

• SuccessfulValet Parking Attendanttypically enjoy working in fast-paced environments. You have a wide range of duties that you’re typically doing within a brief interaction. You’ll inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets, provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle, and park/retrieve guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.

• Most importantly we are seeking candidates who go above and beyond topromote courteous treatment of customersand resolve guest service issues.

• WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO JOIN OUR VALET TEAM?

• At least 18 years of age

• 2+ years of driving experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Acceptable driving record

• Impeccable customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures.

• Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance; neatly groomed - no visible tattoos

• Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age

• 2+ years of driving experience

• Valid driver’s license
