Novant Health Nuclear Med Tech II (PET) in Charlotte, North Carolina

Overview

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $15,000.

This position is 40 hours/week, 12:00pm-8:30pm, with flexibility, Monday to Friday.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist II (PET) assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the PET equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans. Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program required.

  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in PET required.

  • Licensure/Certification: Certified and registered in Nuclear Medicine by ARRT or NMTCB - RT(N) or CNMT required. Certified and registered in PET by NMTCB – CNMT(PET) required. IV Credentialed required. Applicable State License required.
