Job Title: Mechanical Piping Estimator

$100,000-$150,000 salary, with added commission structure.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Piping Estimator to help estimate projects along the east coast. This role is vital as all estimating, previously performed by our owner, needs a dedicated professional to focus on meticulous and competitive bidding. The ideal candidate will primarily handle mechanical piping projects, as we do not engage in duct work. This position entails producing detailed HVAC piping and/or Process piping estimates for commercial and industrial projects, utilizing proprietary software for accurate takeoffs, developing bid prices and proposals, interpreting project plans and documents, managing RFIs, participating in site walk-throughs, and preparing comprehensive bids.
