Robert Half Marketing/Communications Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Marketing/Communications Coordinator for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.

This role requires a keen understanding of marketing analytics, loyalty programs, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data analytics and insights to support our Loyalty program. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to support the Loyalty Program and internal audits

• Prepare weekly and monthly data/analytics/insights reports for the Loyalty program

• Troubleshoot issues around data mapping and data integrity

• Support execution and reporting of digital marketing efforts for the Rewards Promo/Comm plan

• Work with Sales to enroll new members using both the CRM and Loyalty platforms

• Provide member support for the Rewards Program

• Assist with attaining targets/goals for the department

• Utilize marketing data to drive decision making and strategy

• Use Salesforce Marketing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Analytics to perform job functio

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing/communications coordinator role or similar position.

• Proficiency in managing Loyalty Programs is required.

• Must have experience in handling and interpreting Marketing Data.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Marketing Analytics is necessary.

• Prior experience in Digital Marketing is essential.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce Marketing is required.

• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience with Google Analytics is necessary.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.

• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

• Must possess excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is essential.
