Job Summary:

The Machine Learning Engineer will be a crucial member of the Automation Team, driving innovation and efficiency across Commercial Operations such as Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Account Maintenance, and Product Teams. Utilizing advanced data science and AI, this role aims to enhance business decisions, streamline operations, and foster the development of high-impact enterprise data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures to support comprehensive data analysis and machine learning applications.

• Leverage Azure services including Azure Databricks, Azure Fabric, Azure Cosmos, and Azure Functions to facilitate big data processing, analytics, and machine learning workflows.

• Generate comprehensive documentation, including design, functional/technical specifications, and normalization processes, to support data architecture and modeling efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, refine, validate, and scale products and delivery models to enterprise scale within weeks.

• Employ Agile methodologies to build complex data pipelines for data lakehouses, ensuring projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong focus on data modeling, database design, and machine learning.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role focused on analytics engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field, with significant hands-on experience in data modeling, cloud services, and machine learning.

• Proven development experience in building complex data pipelines and in end-to-end data warehousing and BI design/development.

• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services, including ADF, Databricks, dbt, MS SQL Server, and programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, Spark SQL.

• Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration, schema design, and delta lake optimization, with a solid understanding of data modeling tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in Agile project management and cross-functional collaboration.
