ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Oversees and manages projects from end-to-end

  2. Leads and facilitates kick-off meetings and status update meetings for projects

  3. Oversees the creation and upkeep of project deliverables, tasks, and timeline

  4. Creates the project schedule, leads matrix resources, aligns resources, tracks progress and budget and manages change control, risk and issue management processes

  5. Provides accountability to all project stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and the project management tools are being updated in a timely manner, mitigating risks and escalating potential issues as needed to project stakeholders and Talent leadership

  6. Reports on assigned learning projects to Talent leadership, Talent partners, and stakeholders

  7. Works with Talent Solutions and key partners to scope, plan, and track progress on projects

  8. Works with Talent Operations to manage invoicing and billing for projects

  9. Proactively identifies, proposes, and implements continuous process improvements to evolve the team’s project management approach

  10. Seeks to understand changing business needs and subsequent impact to projects

  11. Fosters strong business relationships with partners and stakeholders

  12. Connects the dots across Talent/Learning projects and with enterprise initiatives to find synergies and align adjacencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions .

  1. Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management or related field or equivalent education and related training

  2. 5 or more years of experience in project management, preferably related to learning and including vendors

  3. Strong project management experience and skills

  4. Experience with learning development project management methodologies, such as ADDIE and LLAMA

  5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Software products with an emphasis on Excel

  6. Ability to communicate in an assertive and professional manner

  7. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.

  8. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  9. Ability to adapt and respond positively in a dynamic and changing environment

  10. Strong time management and organization skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active projects

  11. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Storytelling with data

  12. A solid understanding of process mapping and capability to lead a project team through a large scoping and shaping activity, to clarify project deliverables, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience

  2. Training solution architecture experience

  3. Background in Business, Organizational Development, and/or HR Management
