The Leadership and Organizational Development Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and overall organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on developing and delivering initiatives that foster leadership growth, improve organizational culture, and support strategic business objectives. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ODCP), preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and organizational development or related HR roles, with at least 3 years in a program management position.
Additional Skills Required:
Proven experience in designing and managing leadership and organizational development programs.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and learning management systems (LMS).
Strategic thinker with a focus on aligning development programs with organizational goals.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
