In this role, you will:
Deliver exceptional service and ownership to customer inquiries
Assist and educate customers on product and service products
Provide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needs
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Identify internal business partner referrals and business development opportunities
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Advisory or client relationship experience
Experience with APL, SEI, Fiserv or InvestCloud trading platforms
Experience with data analysis and data analytical tools
Experience in leading individuals for personal and professional growth
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Thorough knowledge of investments
