IT Program Management Lead

IT Program Management Lead for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Lead to Revenue and Campaign Optimization Subject Matter Expert for the IGS Marketing Team.

Define and implement key strategies for performance analysis that align to the business needs.

Deliver in-depth analysis of business and campaign data to provide insights and an understanding into campaign and marketing performance.

Work with Campaign Managers to plan, analyze ,and optimize campaigns.

Analyze and articulate marketing funnel, actuals vs. forecast, campaign performance, successes and major KPIs.

Work closely with Sales Data Analyst to identify and resolve gaps in reporting process.

Review and improve existing analytics, collaborating with teams such as IT and Sales Excellence if necessary.

Meet weekly and monthly deadlines for reporting needs.

Ensure all data is communicated effectively with Stakeholders in an accurate, relevant, and easy to understand way.

Work with the functions and Business Groups to determine Marketing application investment priorities.

Drive commonality in Marketing and sales applications and platforms across Honeywell connected enterprise.

Creation, business alignment and delivery of the global marketing application feature roadmaps for the businesses.

Provide inputs to Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in support of strategies and objectives.

Provide leadership, direction, and project management for IT investments to ensure successful delivery and operations.

Delivery of marketing and sales solutions for the Honeywell connected enterprise.

Maintaining the Marketing Technology and Sales Global Design Model, deployment roadmap, and help business with adoption and playbook.

Partner closely with IT and HCE GBEs to establish and align standards and technology roadmaps for emerging digital customer experience solution capabilities across Honeywell.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Location: Charlotte, NC

40 hours/week

Employee Referral Fee: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Must possess three (3) years of experience in the following: experience in Marketo and Salesforce; analyst experience in marketing and campaign analytics; analyzing marketing channels (SEO, Social, Email, Events, etc.) and implementing Campaign Optimizations; articulating data-driven insights to key stakeholders via visual presentation; statistical and econometric modeling; performing quantitative analysis; technological data mining and analysis techniques; data visualization tools like Tableau and Qlik; analytics tools like Datorama, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Bizible; and modeling software such as Microsoft Visio or Erwin Data Modeler. Must possess the following certifications: Salesforce Admin Certified Expert; Google Analytics Certified Expert; and Google /Marketo/HubSpot Campaign Certified Expert. Up to 20% domestic/international travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2 )times per week.
