Wells Fargo Intelligent Automation Sr. Lead Strategy and Product Delivery Leader CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Intelligent Automation Sr Lead Strategy and Product Delivery Leader with a strong generative process automation background to deliver traditional AI and Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies, improve internal and external customer experiences with the use of AI. The candidate needs to possess a mix of technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, ability to align AI solutions with business needs & strong execution and product delivery skills.

In this role, you will:

  • This individual will support Sr. Executive Business Leaders to drive Intelligent Automation including Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

  • Drive Intelligent Automation Product strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across large scale high priority initiatives requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of Global operations and multiple automation capabilities across the firm.

  • Drive strategic planning and roadmap development for marquee Global Operations automation horizonal or vertical programs which could span across 5 line of businesses and 6+ automation capabilities.

  • Facilitate and drive portfolio strategy, planning and roadmap conversation on monthly and quarterly basis with sr leadership and automation discovery and delivery team to ensure business objectives are met and we are working on most important and critical initiatives.

  • G uide other initiative managers within and outside the team working on various programs and portfolios to ensure consistent practices and outcomes.

  • Sr Executive engagement and socialization on critical high priority programs to ensure visibility on critical risks, issues and drive resolution of these across the teams, including overseeing built and roll out of release communication on marquee projects

  • Sought out as an expert to provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues.

  • Drive synergies, syndication and replication of similar solutions across Operations space.

  • Help define re-usable solution catalogue to drive investment optimization

  • Drive innovation and incubation by bringing in outside in perspective

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated expertise in leading cross functional, enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy and delivery in a large financial institution.

  • 4+ years of demonstrated expertise with GenAI/ML and NLP modeling frameworks and techniques.

  • Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (including advance PowerPoint/Excel Skills) --- with proven ability to effectively communicate with both senior leaders and technical experts.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) in Digital Transformation space in particular with Agentic Automation, BPM Platforms, AI/ML, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM).

  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science.
