Job Title: Machine Technician (Night Shift)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $25.35 per hour

Hours: 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM, 2-2-3 rotation schedule

Job Description: Our client seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our team for the night shift. As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure the efficient and high-quality packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth production.

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

· Inspect and verify the quality of packaged products.

· Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to work night shifts (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM).
