Job Purpose: As the HCM Oracle Systems Analyst, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and payroll solutions within our organization. Collaborating closely with HCM professionals and cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation, efficiency, and cost savings through the effective utilization of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing HR processes, enhancing system functionalities, and ensuring overall HR excellence. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud and TOGAF is advantageous.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Capital Management, with 3-5 years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Functional consultant.

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM & third-party payroll systems, including implementation, configuration, and support.

  • Understanding of HCM & payroll processes and best practices.

  • Proven project management skills, leading complex HCM & payroll projects.

  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, Time and Attendance systems, functionalities, and integration points.

  • Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion HCM.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.

  • Experience in training end-users and providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll systems.

  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.

  • Knowledge of application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration Cloud or SOA is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Management) to meet business requirements.

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end HCM & Payroll projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance HCM system functionality, performance, and user experience.

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing HCM & payroll processes, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HCM, payroll, finance, IT, business users) to address requirements and provide technical expertise.

  • Training and Support: Develop training programs and support materials to educate end-users on HCM system functionality, features, and best practices.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the HCM system, including employee information, contracts, benefits, learning, performance, and payroll.

  • System Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage system maintenance activities, including patches, upgrades, and data integrity checks. Coordinate with IT teams for integration and troubleshooting.

  • Vendor Management: Work with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to monitor deliverables and maintain high-quality services related to Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll systems.
