Description

We are on the hunt for a Corporate Security Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is centered around the development of Corporate Security Programs and Organizational Policies in our industry. This is a long-term contract position that requires a keen understanding of Compliance Documentation, Operational Procedure, and Procedure Documents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of corporate security programs

• Formulate and establish organizational policies and procedures

• Ensure adherence to compliance documentation standards

• Oversee operational procedures in line with industry standards

• Develop and manage procedure documents to streamline operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for policy-related queries and concerns

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure security measures are effectively implemented

• Regularly review and update corporate security programs as necessary

• Continuously monitor industry trends to ensure the company's policies and procedures are up-to-date

• Handle any additional tasks or projects related to corporate security program development and organizational policy.

Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role

• Proven ability in handling Compliance documentation is essential

• Proficiency in Operational Procedure and Procedure Documents is required

• Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary

• Strong decision-making abilities with a strategic focus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

• Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using various software and management tools is preferred

• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience are necessary

• Proven ability to develop and implement operational procedures and policies

• Strong understanding of business and management principles

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
