Robert Half Financial Analyst - ADV in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina who will be responsible for supporting reporting and analysis of restructuring programs, assisting in the monthly financial assessment process, and directly supporting the Financial Manager. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is situated within the industry of finance and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the reporting and analysis of restructuring programs

• Coordinating with various business units for the execution of tasks

• Assisting in the monthly financial assessment process

• Performing various financial analytical tasks

• Directly supporting the Financial Manager on all financial issues

• Assisting in business decision-making and budget management processes

• Developing and analyzing business case models to evaluate the economic impact of business decisions

• Utilizing skills such as Sales, Reporting, Presentations, Finance, Workstation Support, and Automation

• Performing ad hoc financial analysis and KPI reporting as required

• Coordinating various tasks within the business unit and managing the budget effectively. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations

• Strong skills in financial reporting and budget management

• Proven experience in sales and annual sales forecasting

• Proficiency in performing ad hoc financial analysis and providing clear explanations of findings

• Ability to work onsite and support workstation-related issues

• Experience in coordinating with various business units

• Strong decision-making abilities to support business decisions

• Knowledge of specification and automation processes

• Experience working with KPI reporting and sales incentives

• Familiarity with financial restructuring processes

• Understanding of incentive plans and payout structures

• Ability to perform quarterly financial reviews and adjustments

• Demonstrated skills in the Go programming language is a plus

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• detail oriented certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
