Director HR - Corporate Strategy

As a Director HR - CORP Strategy here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of HR management within the Enterprise Strategy functions including Portfolio and Offering Management, Brand Strategy and External Communications, Corporate Strategy, and Partnerships and Alliances. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall corporate strategy growth remit to drive business success. Your role will involve business transformation initiatives, strategic talent planning and acquisition, employee engagement, enabling effective performance and incentive management, and employee development. This will require you to collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR solutions that support their goals.

You will report directly to the VP of Human Resources for Strategy & Communications, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule following your first 90 days in position.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to drive business success. You will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead enterprise-wide business transformation for achieving growth imperatives

• Provide indirect leadership and partnership to a group of HR leaders from within the Honeywell SBGs, regularly collaborating on critical business and HR priorities.

• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.

• Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
