You will be answering and assisting investors with questions, monetary transactions, financial products, and services. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our clients via phone to assist them with a wide range of inquiries including opening an account and transferring assets.

  • Adopt and implement standard work to meet client needs and position the best path of completing the money movement process.

  • Leverage NWoW tools to document and take action on client and team feedback in support of process and service improvements

  • Develop and maintain proficient knowledge of transfer-related items (necessary documentation, fees, etc.).
