Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to support 3 upcoming projects starting in November. The projects include:

• Union Day School Upfit in Union County (12+ months)

• Hyatt Hotel Upfit in Uptown Charlotte (12+ months)

• Ground Up Valvoline Oil Change (6-8 months)

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience, specifically from Foreman to Superintendent roles. The ideal candidates will have seen 2-3 projects from start to finish with each previous company. Acceptable subcontractor experience includes Drywall, Concrete, Cabinetry, and Flooring. You will receive training and support from the General Superintendent.

Hard Skills

• Foreman to Superintendent level experience

• Subcontractor experience in Drywall, Concrete, Cabinetry, or Flooring

• Experience seeing projects from start to finish

Soft Skills

• Hungry to learn

• Go-getter attitude

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.
