Robert Half Compliance Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description

What youll do:

Build processes for responding to CFPB, FDIC, DFPI, and Attorney General complaints along with handling sensitive member escalations from various business lines.

Verify research received from other departments is accurate and complete to aid in responses to subpoena requests and regulatory complaints

Compile metrics for analysis and presentation to various levels of management.

Organize and manage the documentation of key compliance processes across the company, building and cultivating positive working relationships across teams

Scope the necessary preventative and detective controls to mitigate compliance risk, detailing the requirements and managing implementation

Partner with relevant partners on remediation approaches and timeframes on identified issues, assigning ownership and tracking to completion

Requirements

Minimum Basic Requirements:

3-5 years of financial services experiences with a Banking Institution, Fintech or in a Compliance related role

Bachelors Degree

Direct experience with consumer protection regulations such as FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, Reg E and RegZ/TILA.
