Job Summary:
The Change Management Analyst is focused on the multi-year implementation of an ERP system upgrade across the organization and is responsible for working collaboratively with the project teams to curate and deliver training content to both current and newly onboarded application users. The position is hybrid and based in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Work with Organizational Change Management Team (OCM) team to create content specific for SAP S/4 deployment groups.
Work collaboratively with the SAP S/4 program project managers and team coaches to develop and create training materials for the overall training program.
Manage and create content withing the Whatfix digital adoption platform software.
Manage and curate content for use with AI Bot support/training tool.
Deliver training to operators and users as required.
Manage and deliver onboarding training to project team members as required.
Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies.
Travel as needed (less than 10%)
Internal Customers:
Strategic Projects (SAP S/4 agile team members, Operational Management team)
Systems & Technology (developers, business analysts)
UX/UI team
Corporate departments (team members) impacted by SAP S/4 implementation (Field Accounting Services, Tax, Accounting Services, Treasury, Foodbuy, etc)
External Customers:
Consultants (i.e. Infosys)
Unit and District Managers (field)
Necessary Experience/Qualifications:
Four-year degree required, preference in Accounting or Finance
Four plus years communication/training experience or accounting/finance experience
Demonstrated training ability via prior training or leadership experience
Strong oral and written communication skills needed to communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-driven environment
Proven ability address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a structured workload to ensure maximum effectiveness in working with clients, business partners and team members
Ability to work independently, work with remote teams, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to successfully drive projects to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Proficient knowledge of SAP financial modules, and working knowledge of SAP overall preferred
